Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond

Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time of profound, power, vulnerability, responsibility and expansion. Your life, body, relationship/s is flooded with new experience, knowledge, wisdom, sensation, feeling and question. To prepare for birth requires conscious enquiry and learning, birthing requires safety- emotional and physical

Prenatal sessions serve as an opportunity for me to provide personalised childbirth education, help you plan your supports, creating a safe space for your emotions and experiences, and delving into the uncertainties surrounding the birthing process, and early parenthood.

I recognise that every birthing journey is unique, and I am here to support the diverse ways individuals choose to give birth.

If you are a surrogate or are working with a surrogate to build your family, I will support surrogates through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum, as well as caring, involving and supporting the parent/s-to-be.

First-time parents I recommend a minimum of 3 prenatal appointments. Appointments are between 2- 3 hours long.
