Early Postpartum

Postpartum care is essential. period. You will need to heal from, recover, and integrate your birthing experience. Investing in someone who truly understands the time you are navigating and offering support without judgment, or expectation for you to be anything than exactly as you are, will be invaluable. You have given so much to create new life, you deserve to be worshipped.

I will come to your home, and vary our visits depending on your needs. Each visit is 3 hours long and will include any of the following,

- Birth debrief and reflection 
- A nourishing postpartum healing organic meal (2-4 servings) cooked fresh for your family.
- Healing herbal teas, made specific to your needs
- Herbal full body/sitz bath for post-birth recovery
- Herbal-infused magnesium massage
- Body-feeding support and resources
- Newborn advice and education 
Settling techniques, understanding feeding habits, swaddling, trusting parental instinct, and physiology of sleep in infancy 
- Baby-wearing techniques
- Professional care for baby, while you sleep, shower, or just take a break and have some alone time
- Moxibustion for postpartum recovery, and womb warming for healing and long-term fertility health
- Healing advice from both TCM and Ayurvedic perspective 
- Tailored support for transition into parenthood
- Emotional integration after surrogacy
- Appropriate developmental advice for siblings and welcoming a new baby into the family.
- Household support: light housework, laundry, bed sheet change, and tea service. 
- Further recommendations and resources
Baby’s transition earth-side can sometimes be tricky, and additional support may be required. I can offer referrals to services that might just make that transition a whole lot easier.

Postpartum is forever! My services are not limited to the first forty days/ 6 weeks/ 4th trimester. I can come to your home to support you anytime. Supported Parenthood is the revolution we all need. Whether you are reaching out for preventative care or in sleep deprived delirium, you deserve support!
My unquie experiences as a full spectrum doula, early childhood & primary educator/carer make for the perfect extended postpartum care support. Ive been working intimately with families for over a decade. Understanding your child/rens developmental age and your season of parenthood enables me to talior my care to your needs.

    We will have a chance to connect and check in on your birth desires, I will be able to make an assessment on the type of care you wish from me during your birth.

    Postpartum Care

    1 X 3hr postpartum visit

    4 -5 appointments will be tailored to your needs and will include, birth education for the birthing person and partner, birth authority education, meditation and mindset for birth, body nourishment, footbath and massage, and body alignment work to prepare for birth. This package truly allows us to rest deep into birth preparation together.
